Skip a few seafood items
Some of the seafood choices like shark and swordfish have listeria that can be responsible for food poisoning. Many experts also insist on avoiding some of the frozen seafood items like oysters, which can have multiple effects on the body.

Avoid the white foods
Unless you are allowed, try and skip all purpose flour and white rice to the maximum. Refined sugars and foods are never considered to be good for the body, and when you have a life growing inside you, it makes no sense to binge on quick snacks that harm.
